Ordering:
To place an order, please call or send an email note. For best results, give Cheryl a call. That way, there is no confusion regarding the items you wish to purchase and any special instructions. Please remember that Gilmore Gifts is a home business, so please call during "reasonable" hours (Ellijay is in the Eastern time zone).
Pricing:
The prices for Cheryl's items are listed on each page. If you need a larger quantity for a group, Cheryl will provide a discount for any order larger than 5 items. Embroidery charges are listed under the embroidery section on the home page.
Shipping:
We ship USPS priority mail mostly, but if you need something faster, Cheryl will be glad to discuss other shipping methods and rates. We strive to keep the shipping charges as low as possible for you the customer.
Return Policy:
Cheryl will accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Upon receipt of a returned item, Cheryl will issue you a refund. The only condition for refund returns is that the item must not have been used prior to returning and must be returned within two weeks of receiving it. Cheryl stands behind the construction of her products. If for any reason something goes wrong with it within the first 60 days, Cheryl will be glad to repair or replace depending on the problem. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
